亲鸽日粮蛋白水平对1~28日龄信鸽生长性能和肠道形态的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Dietary Different Protein Levels of Breeding Pigeon on Growth Performance and Intestinal Morphology for Carrier Pigeon at 1 to 28 Days of Age

摘要 试验通过对信鸽亲鸽(每对饲喂3只雏鸽)饲喂不同蛋白水平(16%、17%和18%)日粮,观察其对亲鸽体重和1~28日龄信鸽生长性能和肠道形态的影响,探究亲鸽适宜的日粮蛋白水平。结果表明:亲鸽饲喂18%蛋白水平的试验组,1~28日龄信鸽的平均日增重比16%蛋白组高3.96%(P〈0.05),比17%蛋白组高1.24%(P〉0.05),料重比较16%蛋白组低4.75%(P〈0.05),较17%蛋白组低1.32%(P〉0.05);各试验组乳鸽的成活率差异不显著(P〉0.05);16%蛋白组亲鸽体重减少约8 g,而17%蛋白组和18%蛋白组亲鸽体重则略有增加。17%蛋白组乳鸽的小肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值均高于16%蛋白组、18%蛋白组;隐窝深度低于16%蛋白组、18%蛋白组。综上所述,亲鸽饲喂17%蛋白水平的日粮更有助于乳鸽肠道发育,增强肠道消化吸收功能,而18%蛋白水平的日粮则更有利于提高信鸽乳鸽的生长性能。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary different protein levels on growth performance and intestinal morpholo for carrier pigeon (pigeon squabs) at 1 to 28 days of age. Three different protein levels (16%,17% and 18%)of diet were allocated to study the effect of different dietary protein levels on breeding pigeon's weight,pigeon squabs' growth performance and intestinal structure to confirm breeding pigeon's protein requirements. The results showed: average daily gain of pigeon squabs in 18% protein group was higher than that of 16% protein group (P〈0.05)and 17% protein group (P〉0.05);the feed to gain ratio of pigeon squabs in 18% protein group was lower than that of 16% protein group (P〈0.05)and 17% protein group (P〉0.05). Breeding pigeon's weight of 16% protein group was reduced by 8 g,while breeding pigeon's weight of 17% protein group and 18% protein group wereslightly increased. And pigeon squabs' intestinal villus height,villus height/crypt depth ratio of 17% protein group were higher than those of 16% and 18% protein group;While crypt depth was less than 16% and 18% protein group. Therefore, dietary 17% protein level for breeding pigeons was more contribute to pigeon squabs' intestinal development,and enhance intestinal digestion and absorption,dietary 18% protein level was more beneficial to improve growth performance of pigeon squabs.
