摘要
人民币纳入SDR货币篮子具有里程碑意义,这不仅是国际社会对中国改革开放成果的确认,也确立了中国经济大国的地位,加快了人民币国际化的进程,提升了国际市场对人民币的认受程度。同时,这也意味着中国要承担更多的国际责任与义务,意味着国际市场会对人民币提出更多要求。为此,中国政府应以国际视角对人民币进行有效管理,加强与国际市场的交流对话,否则人民币纳入SDR货币篮子之后,中国金融市场将可能受到大的冲击。总体而言,人民币纳入SDR篮子货币是一把双刃剑,短期内我们不要高估它的意义与影响,但必须做好充分的准备。
The inclusion of Renminbi( RMB) in the Special Drawing Rights( SDR) currency basket is an important milestone in the integration of the Chinese economy. It not only is a confirmation of the result of China's reform and opening up over decades,but also establishes the status of China's economy in the international market and elevates the status of RMB as an international currency. At the same time,it also means that China should take more international responsibilities and obligations,and the international market shall have more requirements for RMB. Therefore,the Chinese government should conduct effective management of RMB in international perspective,reinforce the communication and dialogue with the international market,or RMB is possible to meet with financial turmoil after its inclusion in SDR currency basket. In general,the inclusion of RMB in the SDR currency basket is a double- bladed sword,and in short time,its significance and influence should not be overestimated,but the fully preparation should be made.
