国际市场中的一体化逻辑与分割逻辑

摘要 国际市场的形成和发展是现代经济理性冲破传统约束的一体化建构过程,意味着商品、劳动力、资本和生产摆脱地方保护主义、文化和语言、民族国家边界等诸多因素的桎梏而在世界范围内流动,迈向的是一种新的市场经济秩序。在国际市场的一体化建构过程中,分割逻辑与一体化逻辑的共存和张力始终影响着市场的建构过程和企业的发展状况,这对逻辑是透析国际市场复杂运作机理的一种视角。借助于对国家与市场关系、市场制度及其规则的生成、市场竞争及跨国公司行为的分析,可以揭示出两种不同逻辑的互动关系及其后果。在此基础上识别国际市场的不同情形,是中国企业认清其面临的机遇和挑战、拓展市场空间的前提。 The emergence and development of the international market is a process of integration of the modern economic rationality by breaking down the traditional constraints. It means that commodity,labor,capital and production flow unrestrictedly in the world and the market and step forward to a new economic order. In the process of economic integration of international market,the co- existence and tension of the logic of segmentation and logic of integration has always been influencing the construction of market and the development of enterprises. This pair of logic could be a perspective to observe the complex operation mechanisms of international market. The interaction relationship and its outcomes of those two logics could be revealed through the analysis of relationship between the state and market,the formation of market institutions and rules,the process of market competition and the behavior of transnational companies. Only when Chinese enterprises distinguish their opportunities and challenges in different situations of the international market should they expand their market.
