摘要
我国现代学徒制试点工作面临诸多困难。宏观上,包括现代学徒制的本质特征难定论、典型特征难统一、学校热而企业冷、社会认同感短期难提高等方面;微观上,包含批量培养短期难执行、平台难搭建、考核评价难到位等方面。对于宏观和微观层面的几个问题,尝试提出了解决措施。
Chinese modern apprentice pilot work confronts many difficulties. Macroscopically, they include elusive substantive characteristics, hardship in generalizing typical characteristics, college＇s enthusiasm with industry＇s indifference, low social identity. Microscopically, they contain impossibility in massive training, hardship in cooperation platform building, and imperfect assessment. Some solutions are given accordingly.
