摘要
2011年秋博罗县人民政府委托河源职业技术学院定向培养博罗籍初中起点五年一贯制大专小学英语教师60名。为了解这群学生学习三年后的英语学习情况,笔者基于教育生态学的视角对其展开调查研究。研究发现:学生英语水平有了显著提高;教育生态位符合"水涨船高"的假设;同一生态位中学习竞争激烈;同一生态位的个体在同一教育生态种群中学习进步有差异;影响学生英语学习的最大限制因子是学生自己。
In the autumn of 2011, the people's Government of Boluo County entrusted Heyuan Polytechnic directionally cultivate 60 five-year system primary school English teachers, selecting from junior middle school students of Boluo locals. The author makes an investigation based on the perspective of educational ecology in order to understand the students' English learning situation in this group. The result of the investigation shows that the students' English level has obviously been improved, that ecological niche is consistent with the hypothesis of "the better foundation the better learning", that learning competition becomes more fierce in the same niche, that the learning progress of the individuals in the same niche of the same population is different, and that the students themselves is the most influential factor limiting students' English learning.
