摘要
采用鞭毛作为生物模板剂制备Cd S/TiO_2复合纳米结构薄膜,采用SEM、XRD、IR、紫外-可见漫反射和电化学工作站等对其结构和光电化学性质进行表征。结果表明,鞭毛的引入不但减小了CdS颗粒尺寸和增大了比表面积,而且改善了复合材料的带隙结构。该薄膜可见光光电催化活性比未加入鞭毛的空白样品高1.4倍。提供了一个利用生物模板剂控制半导体纳米结构单元生长与组装及改善光电性能的简单方法。
CdS/TiO2 nanocomposite films were prepared through a flagella-assisted synthetic process. The structure and photoelectrochemical properties of CdS/TiO2 nanocomposite films were characterized by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrometer, UV-visible light diffusion reflection spectrometer and electrochemical work station. The results showed that the addition of flagella not only reduced particle size of CdS and increased specific surface area, but also modified the energy band structure of the nanocomposite film. Based on photocurrent measurements, the photoactivity of this film was enlarged by 1.4 times compared with the control film prepared without adding flagella. This research provided a method to improve the photoelectrochemical performance by controlling the growth and assembly of the semiconductor nanostructure units through a simple template-synthetic process.
