深圳市沙井街道中学生《控烟条例(修订版)》知识及态度调查

Knowledge and attitude towards Smoking Control Regulation(revised edition)among middle school students in Shajing Subdistrict Street of Shenzhen City

目的调查深圳市沙井街道中学生对《控烟条例(修订版)》的知晓程度与态度,为辖区学校提出控烟教育工作建议。方法通过多阶段抽样方式,在辖区4家中学内抽取751名中学生进行问卷调查。结果辖区中学生整体对《控烟条例》相关知识知晓率不高,知晓程度最高与最低的知识点知晓率分别为63.02%、19.60%;初中与职中学生多项条例知识知晓率低于高中学生;中学生控烟得分与其劝阻违规吸烟行为意愿呈正相关关系(rsp=0.32,P<0.01);从学校海报、广播、青少年类杂志途径获取控烟知识的学生较少,均不足30%。结论辖区学校应通过广播、海报、杂志等途径,围绕重点控烟知识,加强初中学生与职中学生的控烟宣教,提高中学生对条例的了解与支持。

Objective To investigate the awareness and attitude about Smoking Control Regulation （revised edition） among middle school students in Shajing Subdistrict Street of Shenzhen City so as to put forward some suggestions for tobacco control in local schools. Methods With multistage sampling method, 751 middle school students were selected from 4 schools in Shajing Subdistrict Street, Shenzhen City, and then a questionnaire survey was conducted. Results The students were not familiar with Smoking Control Regulation. The highest and the lowest awareness rates of the related knowledge were 63.02 % and 19.60% respectively. Compared with senior high school students, junior high school students and secondary vocational school students were less familiar with the items of the regulation. The anti - smoking score was positively correlated with the willinghess to discourage smoking among the middle school students （ rsp = 0.32, P〈0.01）. A few of students （less than 30% ） acquired knowledge about smoking control through school posters, broadcast and adolescent magazines. Conclusions The local schools should intensify the targeted - knowledge - based tobacco control propaganda among the students, especially in junior high school students and secondary vocational school students through magazines, posters and broadcast so as to improve the students＇ understanding and support of the regulation.
