摘要
目的了解大连市2014年学校周边儿童食品中食品添加剂使用与含量状况。方法按照《2014年国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》规定的方法进行检测。结果饮料中甜味剂超标率为16%(4/25);蜜饯中甜味剂超标率为5%(1/20);豆制品中防腐剂超标率为5%(1/20)。结论学校周边销售的饮料、蜜饯以及豆制品中存在食品添加剂超标现象,建议加强监管。
Objective To investigate the application and quantity of food additives in snacks sold around schools in Dalian City in 2014. Methods Food additives in the food samples were detected according to the determination method in National Service Manual of Chemical Contaminants and Hazardous Factors Monitoring in Food in 2014. Result The excessive rates of sweetener in beverage and preserve were 16 % (4/25) and 5 % (1/20) respectively. The residual of preservative was found to exceed the standard in 5 % (1/20) of the bean products. Conclusions Excessive food additives are found in beverage, preserve and bean products sold around schools in Dalian City; and hence, more work should be done to reinforce the supervision and con- trol of abuse of food additives.
