硬金属粉尘职业暴露危害的研究进展

Research progress on the hazards of occupational exposure to hard metal dust

国内有关硬金属粉尘对工人健康影响的研究起步较晚,尚未制定相应的诊断标准,但已将硬金属粉尘所致硬金属肺病列入最新职业病分类目录。本文对近年来相关研究的硬金属粉尘的职业接触、致病、检测及治疗情况等进行了探讨和论述,以期为后续深入研究提供参考。

There are few researches on the adverse health effects of occupational exposure to hard metal dust. National Health and Family Planning Commission of China has not yet developed appropriate diagnostic standard, but hard metal lung disease induced by hard metal dust has already been included in the latest occupational disease categories. This review discusses and summarizes recent studies regarding occupation contact, pathogenicity, detection and treatment of hard metal lung disease induced by hard metal dust so as to provide references for the subsequent in-depth study.
