摘要
针对自动化生产线设备群维修决策问题,提出了基于RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance—以可靠性为中心的维修)维修理论并应用ANP(Analytical Network Process—网络层次分析法)决策的方法。该方法强调了维修的可靠性观点并运用ANP综合考虑各因素的同时,考虑了指标之间不可避免的相互依赖和反馈关系,使决策的内容更加严谨。最后以某电机自动化生产线为例,利用超级决策软件Super Decisions进行计算,验证了应用ANP方法决策设备的维修方案结果趋于合理。
With respect to the maintenance decision problem of the automatic production line equipment,an approach of Analytical Network Process( ANP) based on Reliability-Centered Maintenance( RCM) is proposed. In this model,we emphasize the viewof reliability of the maintenance and use ANP method,which comprehensive consideration of the interdependence and feedback relationship between the indexes to make the decision more rigorous. Finally,taking a motor automatic production line as an example and using the Super Decisions software to calculate,from the results we can knowthat the application of this method is proved Reasonable.
