Research on Post-evaluation of the Introduction of UMTS 900 MHz

U900的引入能对3G网络在城区深度覆盖与农村广覆盖的不足形成有效补充,随着U900在现网的逐渐部署,迫切需要对部署后网络的变化情况进行整体评估,指导后续的部署和优化。从4个主要方面研究了U900引入的后评估方法,通过6个城市的实际数据对城区和农村引入U900的效果进行了评估分析,给出了U900引入建议,为U900网络更科学合理地在现网部署提供参考。

The introduction of UMTS 900 MHz is an effective complement to urban deepness coverage and rule broadness coverage of 3G network. With the growing deployment of U900,an entire post-evaluation of the network is eagerly needed to guide later deployment and optimization. It uses four post-evaluation methods,giving post-evaluation results of 6 cities and suggestions of the introduction of U900 in urban and rural areas,making U900 deployment more scientific and reasonable.
