摘要
目的对个人定制产品服务系统在互联网时代的平民化现状及发展进行分析论述。方法主要运用案例分析法说明了基于互联网的平民化个人定制产品服务系统的分类,即用户完全DIY型、要求提出型以及自动推送型。结论将网络时代平民化的个人定制产品服务系统的特点总结为技术平民化、产品服务平民化以及用户平民化,进而明确从手工业时代到互联网时代中个人定制以用户为中心的不变原则。最后提出了目前个人定制产品服务系统存在的挑战以及对未来发展的思考。
It analyzes the present situation,development about populist product service system of individual customization in the internet age.Based on the case analysis,the classification of product service system of individual customization based on internet is explained,which is totally DIY,request and automatic push.It summarizes the characteristics of populist product service system of individual customization in the internet age which are technical populist,product service populist and user populist.Then it determines the unchangingly user-centered principle of individual customization from handicraft era to the age of the Internet.It finally proposed some existing problems and development thinking of individual customization.
