20例肝癌初治患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞计数及其临床意义 被引量:4

Numbers of Circulating Tumor Cells in Peripheral Blood of 20 Newly Diagnosed Liver Cancer Patients and Their Clinical Significance

摘要 [目的]探讨外周血循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cells,CTCs)计数与肝癌初治患者基线临床资料的关系。[方法]选取20例肝癌患者的外周血液样本,每例7.5ml,通过Clear Cell CTC分离仪分离出具有完整生物学活性的CTCs进行DAPI、CD45、CK18染色,然后对DAPI+、CK18+、CD45-的CTCs细胞进行计数,并结合患者的巴塞罗那(BCLC)分期、有无远处转移、有无门静脉癌栓、甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平等基线临床资料进行分析。[结果]20例肝癌患者平均(24.8±17.2)个CTCs/7.5ml外周血。CTCs计数与甲胎蛋白≥400ng/ml(P<0.05),远处转移(P<0.05)及BCLC分期B(P<0.05)有关。[结论]外周血CTCs数目的多少与肝癌初治患者的AFP水平、BCLC分期、远处转移等有关。临床上检测患者的外周血CTCs可作为一种辅助诊断工具,但其与患者转移风险及预后的关系有待进一步研究及大规模的样本验证。
