摘要
从社会层面、工作环境、个人层面对高校档案工作人员产生职业倦怠成因进行分析,提出对策,为解决高校档案工作人员职业倦怠提供参考。
Through the description of the present situation of the job burnout of archives management personnel in universities from the social level、work environment、personal level,the reasons of the job burnout are analyzed,and the countermeasures are put forward.
