胺碘酮联合贝那普利治疗阵发性心房颤动的临床研究

Clinical study of amiodarone combined with benazepril in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

目的研究胺碘酮联合贝那普利治疗阵发性心房颤动的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月~2015年1月入院的阵发性心房颤动患者60例,采用随机数字表法进行分组,分为观察组（胺碘酮联合贝那普利治疗）和对照组（胺碘酮）各30例,比较两组治疗后的显效率、总有效率以及两组治疗前后左心房内径的大小变化情况。结果治疗后观察组的显效率50.0%,有效率46.7%,总有效率96.7%,对照组的显效率40.0%、有效率30.0%、总有效率70.0%,两组临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前两组患者的左心房内径比较,差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组患者的左心房内径分别较治疗前显著降低,且观察组治疗后的左心房内径显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胺碘酮联合贝那普利治疗阵发性心房颤动可以提高疗效,改善心功能,延缓心房扩大,值得推广和应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with benazepril in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 60 cases patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were divided into observation group（amiodarone combined with benazepril treatment） and control group（amiodarone treatment） using random number table, 30 cases in each group, the markedly effective rate and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups after treatment, and the size of the inner diameter of the left atrium were compared before and after treatment. Results After the treatment, the markedly effective rate of observation group was50.0%, effective rate was 46.7%, the total efficiency was 96.7%, the markedly effective rate of control group was40.0%, efficiency rate was 30.0%, the total effective rate was 70.0%, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, left atrial diameter had no significant difference between two groups, after treatment, left atrial diameter decreased significantly compared with before treatment,and the left atrium of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amiodarone combined with benazepril in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation can improve the curative effect, improve cardiac function, delay the atrial expansion, it is worthy of promotion and application.
