盾牌移植联合小柱支撑移植技术进行鼻尖整形临床效果分析

CLICACY EFFICACY OF SHIELD GRAFT COMBINING WITH POWER STRUCT AND STRUCT AND SUTURE TECHNIQUE FOR RHINOPLASTY

目的探讨盾牌移植联合小柱支撑移植技术进行鼻尖整形的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月-2015年12月在我院进行鼻尖整形的患者40例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。比较治疗前后鼻尖宽/鼻宽,鼻唇角,小柱面角,鼻面角,鼻尖-鼻背角,鼻高-鼻长比。结果 40例患者手术顺利,术后伤口愈合良好,无感染、软骨吸收、软骨外漏、术后畸形等情况出现。治疗后,患者鼻尖宽/鼻宽较治疗前显著下降,鼻唇角显著增加,小柱面角显著下降,鼻面角显著升高,鼻尖-鼻背角显著下降,鼻高-鼻长比显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论盾牌移植联合小柱支撑移植及软骨缝合技术进行鼻尖整形具有较好的美学效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of shield graft combining with power struct and suture technique for rhinoplasty. Methods Clinical data of 40 cases for rhinoplasty from Jan 2014 to Dec 2015 were respectively analyzed. Apex nasi width/nose width, nasolabial angle, small plane angle, nasal surface angle, apex nasi- nasal dorsum angle, nose height/nose length. Results 40 cases were operated successfully, good wound healing, no infection, cartilage absorption, cartilage leakage, postoperative deformity. After treatment, apex nasi width/nose width was lower, nasolabial angle was lager, small plane angle was smaller, nasal surface angle was lager, apex nasi- nasal dorsum angle was smaller, and nose height/nose length was higher（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Shield graft combining with power struct and suture technique for rhinoplasty shows good aesthetic effect.
