超声检查在脂肪肝分型诊断中的临床应用

Application of ultrasonic in the diagnostic classification of fatty liver

目的探讨超声在脂肪肝分型诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2014年4月~2015年5月脂肪肝患者410例为研究对象。所有患者均给予超声检查,探讨脂肪肝超声检查对分型诊断中的应用效果。结果 102例患者肝脏超声显示为轻度脂肪肝,占24.9%;195例为中度脂肪肝占47.6%,113例为重度脂肪肝,占27.6%。97例患者呈现局限浸润型,占23.7%。结论超声在脂肪肝分型诊断中具有一定的优势,对半定量诊断脂肪肝具有重要的临床意义,能够为临床治疗提供指导作用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Ultrasonic in the diagnostic classification of fatty liver.Methods 410 cases with fatty liver from Apr 2014 to May 2015 were selected as subjects. Application effect of Ultrasonic in the diagnostic classification of fatty liver was discussed. Results 102 cases of liver ultrasound patients showed mild fatty liver, accounting on 24.9%; 195 cases of liver ultrasound patients showed moderate fatty liver, accounting on47.6%; 113 cases of liver ultrasound patients showed severe fatty liver, accounting in 27.6%. 97 patients presented limitations infiltration, accounting on 23.7%. Conclusion Ultrasonic in the diagnostic classification of fatty liver shows advantages, and shows important clinical significance in diagnose of fatty liver, to provide guidance for the clinical treatment.
