在“艰难的选择”中历经的精神矛盾与痛苦是大革命前后知识分子普遍的心理现实和思想特征。以个性主义、自由主义为内核的浪漫精神是左翼浪漫文人走上政治革命的起点 ,也是他们陷入两难境地的基因 ,并由此导致了启蒙与革命的错位、个性与信仰的对立。

The spiritual contradiction and pain experienced in the difficult choice were the common mental reality and ideological character around the Great Revolution. The romantic spirit regarding individualism and freedom as the key element was the starting point of the leftist romantic literati stepping on political revolution, and it was also the basic reason when they bogged down to the dilemma environment, and so it led to the dislocation between enlightenment and revolution, the opposite between individuality and belief.
