急性出血坏死性胰腺炎34例的诊治体会

Experience or the Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment of Acute Hemorrhagic Necrotic Pancreatitis (Report of 34 Cases)

本文报告34例急性出血坏死性胰腺炎的诊断和手术治疗的体会。其中30例在发病后7～72小时(平均32.2小时)手术,无1例死亡,4例在72小时后手术,2例死亡。总死亡率5.9％(2/34)。重点讨论了AHNP的早期诊断和手术治疗,认为早期诊断和手术治疗是提高疗效的关键。

This article presented the experience of the diagnosis and surgical treatment in 34 cas- es of AHNP. Of these 34 patients, 30 cases were operated 7 to 72 hours after onset (aver- age 32.2 hours) and none died; 4 cases were operated after 72 hours and 2 died. The over- all mortality rate was 5.9% (2/34).The authors put more emphasis on early diagnosis and surgical treatment for AHNP which were the key to raise the therapeutic efficacy.
