介绍了一种新型的餐厨垃圾厌氧消化反应器的沉砂排除设备,通过厌氧反应器内部排除罐底沉砂层,同时设置无堵塞回流机构,防止了被导出的底部沼液中的活性微生物的流失,提高厌氧发酵罐产沼气的经济效益,保证了厌氧罐的稳定运行。从而保证厌氧消化过程的稳定运行。从工程应用表明,该设备的浮渣去除能力达到2.4t/h,能够高效、快速的去除罐底沉砂,具有广阔应用前景。
The paper introduces a new type of grit removal equipment for food waste anaerobic digestion reactor. Grit layer of tank bottom has been excluded through the internal anaerobic reactor. Moreover, it sets the non blocking mechanism to prevent the backflow by microorganisms in the bottom slurry derived erosion, so as to ensure the stable operation of the anaerobic digestion process. Engineering applications has indicated: The device of the grit removal capacity up to 2.4 tons/hour. It can remove the tank bottom grit layer efficient and fast, and has broad application prospect.
