妊娠晚期急性呼吸衰竭患者纤维支气管镜下经鼻实施气管插管的临床价值探析

Effects of Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Under Nasal Endotracheal Intubation in Treatment of Acute Respiratory Failure in Late Pregnancy

目的对纤维支气管镜下经鼻气管插管治疗妊娠晚期急性呼吸衰竭的效果进行研究。方法选择妊娠晚期急性呼吸衰竭疾病患者88例,分为对照组和治疗组,每组44例。采用喉镜经口气管插管和纤维支气管镜下经鼻气管插管方式治疗。结果治疗组患者呼吸衰竭疾病治疗效果优于对照组;不良反应少于对照组。结论纤维支气管镜下经鼻气管插管治疗妊娠晚期急性呼吸衰竭效果明显。

Objective For the treatment of nasal trachea cannula under the fiber bronchoscope to study the effect of acute respiratory failure in late pregnancy. Methods Chose the late pregnancy,88 cases of patients with acute respiratory failure disease,divided into control group and treatment group,each group of 44 cases. Using laryngoscope in tone tube intubation with fiber bronchoscope treatment nasal tracheal intubation under way. Results The treatment group patients with respiratory failure disease treatment was better than the control group,adverse reaction was less than the control group. Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy under nasal endotracheal intubation treatment of acute respiratory failure in late pregnancy effect is obvious.
