摘要
目的分析不同植入物内固定治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的临床效果。方法 86例患者分别行带锁髓内钉(观察组)、动力加压钢板内固定(对照组)治疗。结果观察组优良率95.3%高于对照组优良率81.4%,手术各指标优于对照组,并发症较对照组低,P<0.05。结论带锁髓内钉治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连效果显著,固定牢靠。
Objective To analyze the different implant fixation limbs posttraumatic nonunion clinical results. Methods 86 patients were divided into observation group and control group,43 patients were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail,dynamic compression plate fixation. Results The excellent rate was 95.3% higher than the rate of 81.4% excellent,better than the control group indexes surgery complications compared with the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of post-traumatic limb fracture nonunion significant effect securely.
