曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病的临床研究

Clinical Study on Trimetazidine Combined With Atorvastatin in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究冠心病患者采用阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪综合治疗的效果和安全性。方法选取2014年9月~2015年12月收治的68例冠心病患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组38例患者接受阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪综合治疗,对照组30例患者给予曲美他嗪的治疗,比较患者心功能的改善和治疗效果。结果实验组治疗有效率为92.11%,对照组治疗有效率为80.0%。两组患者的治疗效果差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组不良反应发生率为5.3%,对照组不良反应发生率为6.7%,两组患者的不良反应差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论冠心病患者采用阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪综合治疗,能够提高治疗效果,减轻不良反应,提高治疗效果。

Objective Effect and safety of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease are to be studied. Methods Chose 68 patients of coronary heart disease who were treated in hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 and separated them into two groups at random,38 patients in study group were given trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin treatment,while another 30 patients in control group were given trimetazidine treatment only,and then compared patients＇ cardiac function improvements and treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group is 92.11% and treatment efficacy in control group was 80.0%,thus,treatment efficacy in study group was much better（P〈0.05）. Besides,side-effect incidence in study group was 5.3% and it was 6.7% in control group,so,there was no differential between two groups in terms of side-effect incidence（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin is effective in treatment of coronary heart disease,it is conducive to increasing treatment efficacy and reducing side-effect incidence.
