摘要
目的了解评价我院骨科创伤性骨折患者围术期抗菌药物的应用情况,为今后的临床治疗提供参考。方法于我院2014年6~12月收治的100例创伤性骨折患者中,分析围术期抗菌药物的应用情况及治疗效果。结果在100例创伤性骨折患者中,不合理用药组和合理用药组比较,愈合效果较差,住院时间和住院费用均较高。两组差异具有统计性（P〈0.05）。结论不合理使用抗菌药物不利于患者的恢复,且加重医患矛盾。
Objective To evaluate the preoperative utilization of antibacterial medicine in orthopaedic patients. Methods 100 orthopaedic patients were chosen from June to December 2014,100% of them were received preoperative antibacterial. Analyzed the medicine utilization. Results Among the 100 patients,people with irrational use of drugs shared lower wound healing rate. Moreover,the hospitalization expenses and hospitalization stay were much lower in patients with rational use of medicine. All the differences above were significantly statistically（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Irrational use of medicine does harm to patients＇ healing and increases of both patients and doctors＇ burden.
