新诊断2型糖尿病门诊自我注射预混胰岛素疗效分析

Efficacy of Self Injection Premixed Insulin in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析新诊断2型糖尿病门诊自我注射预混胰岛素的疗效。方法选取我院门诊新诊断2型糖尿病患者100例,并取100例作为对照组,分布采用自我注射预混胰岛素和基础胰岛素治疗,对两组患者的各项指标进行比较。结果观察组除Hb Alc变化值外,FPG改善程度、胰岛素使用量、低血糖发生率等指标均差于对照组,比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论门诊诊断为2型糖尿病的患者通过自我注射胰岛素可以有效控制血糖水平,但用量相对较大,且有较高的低血糖发生率,应用过程中可联合口服降糖药使用进行改善。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of self injection premixed insulin in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods Selected in outpatient department of our hospital in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients with 100 cases and 100 cases as the control group,distribution by self injection pre mixed insulin and basal insulin therapy,indicators of two groups of patients were compared. Results In the observation group in addition to the changes in the values of Hb Alc,FPG improvement,insulin use,hypoglycemia rate indexes than the control group. There were statistically significant differences in（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Outpatient diagnosis for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus through self injection of insulin can effectively control blood glucose levels,but the amount is relatively large,and there is a higher incidence of hypoglycemia,the application process can be combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs used to improve.
