摘要
目的研究在习惯性流产患者中使用烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗的效果。方法就我院收治的习惯性流产患者进行研究,以抽签方法作为依据将50例患者分为两组,所有患者都使用烯丙雌醇治疗,25例研究组患者同时加用利托君,25例对照组患者则加用硫酸镁,将两组患者的治疗效果等指标进行对比和分析。结果研究组患者治疗后症状积分低于对照组,同时其治疗有效率以及保胎率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于习惯性流产患者,使用烯丙雌醇联合利托君进行治疗能够提高疾病治疗效果以及保胎率,有效改善患者症状,对其生活具有重要价值。
Objective To study the effect allylestrenol joint ritodrine therapy in patients with habitual abortion. Methods For habitual abortion in my hospital,50 patients divided into two groups,all patients using allylestrenol treatment,25 cases of study group were added in the ritodrine,25 cases in the control group of patients the addition of magnesium sulfate,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed indicators. Results The study group patients symptom score was significantly lower than the control group,while its treatment efficiency and the rate of miscarriage was higher than the control group,the difference statistical analysis,P〈0.05,statistically significant presence. Conclusion For patients with habitual abortion,using allylestrenol joint ritodrine treatment can increase the rate of miscarriage and treatment of diseases,improve the patient＇s symptoms,an important value to their lives.
