益气化瘀治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Uterine Myoma With the Method of Yiqihuayu

目的探讨益气化瘀治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法本研究纳入2013年2月~2015年2月我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者60例。其中对照组采用桂枝茯苓丸治疗,观察组在此基础上加以益气化瘀方治疗。结果治疗后观察组子宫肌瘤直径、雌二醇及核因子-κB p65均低于对照组,心肌素高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论气化瘀方可降低患者雌激素水平,抑制子宫肌瘤细胞增殖,减小子宫肌瘤体积。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of uterine myoma with the treatment of yiqihuayu. Methods This study included 60 cases of uterine myoma treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015. The control group was treated with guizhi fuling pill treatment,observation group on the basis of yiqi huayu recipe. Results After treatment,the diameter of uterine fibroids,estradiol and nuclear factor kappa p65 B in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionYiqihuayu can reduce the level of estrogen,inhibit the proliferation of uterine leiomyoma cells and reduce the volume of uterine fibroids.
