Analysis on Hepatitis-B Five Test Result From Hepatitis-B Patients

目的分析乙肝患者乙肝五项检验结果。方法研究2015年1~11月的乙肝患者共54例,对其进行乙肝五项检验,并分析结果。结果乙肝五项中有不同指标显阳性,HBs Ag阳性率较高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论乙肝五项是乙肝检验重要标志物,临床需予以重视。

Objective Hepatitis-B five test results from hepatitis-B patients are to be analyzed. Methods Analyzed 54 cases of hepatitis-B five test results from hepatitis-B patients who were diagnosed in hospital from January 2015 to November 2015. Results There were many different indicators to be tested to be positive in hepatitis-B five test result,and positive rate of HBs Ag was the highest,there was a differential to be observed（P〈0.05）and such a differential had statistic value. Conclusion Hepatitis-B five tests are important marker in diagnosis of hepatitis-B,thus,it is suggested to be paid attention clinically.
