多层螺旋CT泌尿系造影在上尿路梗阻性疾病诊断中的临床应用价值分析

Multislice Spiral CT Urography Clinical Value in the Diagnosis of Urinary Tract Obstruction Analysis

目的探析上尿路梗阻性疾病采用多层螺旋CT泌尿系造影(MSCTU)诊断的临床价值。方法对我院经病理科确诊的40例上尿路梗阻性疾病患者分别采用MSCTU、IVU进行诊断。结果 MSCTU与病理科病因诊断率无差别(P>0.05);IVU病因诊断率低于MSCTU(P<0.05)。结论上尿路梗阻性疾病采用MSCTU诊断具有更为良好的效果与优势。

Objective To explore the urinary tract obstructive diseases by MDCT urinary tract imaging（MSCTU）in the diagnosis of clinical value. Methods In our hospital by the department confirmed on the 40 cases of urinary tract obstructive disease diagnosis to adopt MSCTU,IVU,respectively. Results MSCTU and department etiology diagnosis rate has no obvious difference（P〈0.05）,IVU etiology diagnosis rate significantly lower than the MSCTU（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urinary tract obstructive diseases use MSCTU diagnosis has better effect and obvious advantage.
