SPECT肾动态显像与静脉肾盂造影评估肾功能的价值对比

A Comparative Study of SPECT Renal Dynamic Imaging and IVP on Functional of Kidney

目的对比SPECT肾动态显像与静脉肾盂造影（IVP）评估肾功能的价值。方法回顾性分析2015年8~12月于我院确诊的76例肾脏疾病患者的临床资料,比较所有患者的99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像及静脉肾盂造影检查结果。结果 76例患者99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像显示有功能者92.11%,无功能者7.89%,IVP检查显示有功能者36.84%,无功能者63.16%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 SPECT肾动态显像是评价肾功能的有效方法,效果优于IVP,在临床上更具有诊断价值。

Objective To compare the value of SPECT renal dynamicimaging and IVP on functionalof kidney. Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data from August 2015 to December 2015 which were checked by 99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging and IVP of 53 patients. Results Radionuclide imaging in 76 patientsshowed that 92.11% were functional and 7.89% were out of function,IVP examination showed 36.84% were functional and 63.16% were out of function,so from the result of the test,the functional rate detected by radionuclide imaging was higher than IVPExamination（P〈0.05）. Conclusion SPECT renal dynamic imaging is an effective method to evaluate renal function,better than IVP andhad more diagnostic value in clinic.
