两种麻醉方式用于髋关节置换术的临床比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察全麻和腰硬联合麻醉用于髋关节置换术的临床效果。方法选取80例髋关节置换术患者作为研究对象,将以上80例患者随机分为全麻组和腰硬联合麻醉组,每组患者均为40例。结果腰硬联合麻醉组血压在麻醉后下降(P<0.05),两组患者在骨水泥使用后血压均下降(P<0.05),手术后1、2、5 h,全麻组心率降低(P<0.05)。结论两种麻醉用于髋关节置换术,围术期都需要密切监测控制血压和心率,防止谵妄、躁狂的发生。 Objective Observe the clinical effects of general anesthesia and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in hip replacement. Methods Selected 80 hip replacement patients as the object of study,and divided the 80 patients randomly into the general anesthesia group and the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia group,each group having 40 patients. Results The blood pressure after anesthesia for the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia group dropped significantly(P〈0.05). The blood pressure of patients from the two groups after applying bone cement dropped significantly(P〈0.05),1,2 and 5 h after surgery,the heart rate of the general anesthesia dropped significantly(P〈0.05). Conclusion When the two kinds of anesthesia are applied in hip replacement,during the perioperative period the blood pressure and the heart rate should be closely monitored and controlled,to prevent delirium and mania from happening.
