摘要
目的研究灵杆菌多糖对荷瘤小鼠免疫调节功能的影响。方法建立免疫抑制S180荷瘤小鼠模型,观察腹腔注射灵杆菌多糖对小鼠白细胞数、瘤体质量及免疫器官指数的影响。结果灵杆菌多糖提高荷瘤小鼠脾脏指数,对免疫低下小鼠白细胞计数下降具有对抗作用。结论灵杆菌多糖对肿瘤生长具有抑制作用,且可提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective Study on the effect of bacillus polysaccharide on immune function of tumor bearing mice. Methods To establish an immune suppressive S180 tumor bearing mice model,and to observe the effect of intraperitoneal injection of lactobacillus on the number of white blood cells,tumor mass and immune organ index of mice. Results The spleen index of tumor bearing mice was significantly increased,and the white blood cell count of the mice was significantly decreased. Conclusion The effect of bacillus polysaccharide on tumor growth was inhibited,and the immune function of the immune suppression mice was increased.
