护理干预对内科门诊分诊质量的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Outpatient Triage in Department of Internal Medicine

目的观察护理干预对内科门诊分诊质量的影响。方法选择我院内科门诊作为观察对象,自2015年3月起实施护理干预,将180例内科患者作为观察对象,进行实施前后各项指标的评分,实施后与2015年3月实施护理干预前进行对比,观察实施护理干预前后患者的满意度评分、平均就诊时间及门诊分诊符合率。结果实施前门诊分诊符合率(86.67%)低于实施后(93.89%),且实施前后患者的满意度评分及平均就诊时间差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论实施护理干预能有效提高门诊分诊质量,提高护理质量,缩短就诊时间,提高效率。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of outpatient triage in the department of internal medicine. Methods Before the choice of internal medicine clinic in our hospital as observation objects,since March 2015 implementation of nursing intervention,180 cases of patients of internal medicine as the object of observation,scores of indicators before and after the implementation,after the implementation of the March 2015 implementation of nursing intervention were compared to observe the implementation of the before and after nursing intervention of patients satisfaction scores,average time of visiting hospital and outpatient diagnosis coincidence rate. Results The implementation of outpatient clinic diagnosis coincidence rate（86.67%）was significantly lower than that after the implementation of the（93.89%）,and the implementation of patients before and after the satisfaction score and the average treatment time,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of outpatient triage,improve the quality of nursing,shorten the treatment time,improve the efficiency.
