摘要
目的探讨基于人本理念下的黄山景区急救护理干预方式及效果。方法随机抽取黄山景区医务部门所收治的88例各类急救患者,根据急救护理措施将患者分为两组,对对照组患者按照常规处理方法进行施救,观察组基于人本理念开展急救护理,比较两组患者急救情况。结果两组患者均未出现死亡病例,观察组和对照组各有2例患者因伤情过重需要转院治疗,其余患者均得到妥善处理;观察组患者对护理工作总满意率为95.45%,对照组患者总满意率为77.27%,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将人本理念融入到景区急救护理工作中,能够提高患者满意度,对构建全方位景区医务管理可产生促进作用。
Objective To investigate the human ideas based emergency nursing intervention method and effects for huangshan scenic spot. Methods 88 cases of various types of emergency patients in the medical department of huangshan scenic spot were randomly screened,and were divided into two groups according to the emergency nursing measures,the control group were rescued with conventional treatment,while the observation group were given human ideas based emergency nursing intervention,the rescue conditions in these two groups were compared. Results There were no dead cases in two groups,and 2 cases in each group need referral treatment for heavy injuries,and the other patients were properly handled,the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.45%,and control group 77.27%,with statistical significance between groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of human ideas in the scene spot rescue emergency work,can improve the patients' satisfaction,and can promote the comprehensive medical management of scenic spots construction.
