优质护理服务对急性心梗患者康复的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing Service on Rehabilitation of Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探索急性心梗患者应用优质护理服务对于康复的影响。方法在我院收治的急性心梗患者中选出105例作为本次研究的对象,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,给予对照组患者常规护理服务,给予观察组患者优质护理服务,就两组患者的康复效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率8%低于对照组的18.18%,且观察组患者的Barthel指数评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论优质护理服务应用于急性心梗的临床护理工作中有助于降低并发症发生率,提高患者的Barthel指数评分和护理满意度,恢复患者的日常活动功能,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the application of patients with acute myocardial infarction（ami）quality care services for the effects of rehabilitation. Methods In our hospital patients with acute myocardial infarction selected 105 cases as the object of this study were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Giving routine care of patients in the control group,the observation group were given high-quality care. Results The observation group of patients with complication rates 8% lower than the control group 18.18%,and the observation group of patients the barthel index score,nursing satisfaction score were higher than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The quality of care applied to acute myocardial infarction clinical care can help reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient care barthel index score and satisfaction,restoration of a patient＇s daily activities function and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
