摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者中的应用。方法将98例行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的患者随机分为研究组(舒适护理)与对照组(常规护理)。结果研究组患者住院时间、并发症发生率均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者中有着较好应用效果。
Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing in patients with rectal cancer undergoing radical operation for rectal cancer. Methods 98 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were randomly divided into study group（comfort care）and control group（routine nursing）. Results In the study group,hospital stay and complications were less than the control group（P〈0.05）,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing in patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer radical operation has a good application effect.
