摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在躁狂抑郁症患者中的临床效果。方法随机将90例躁狂抑郁症患者平均分为两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组行临床护理路径,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组住院时间、住院费用、SDS评分及护理满意度等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可有效改善临床症状,提高护理满意度。
Objective To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients with manic depresive psychosis. Methods We divided 90 patients into two groups.Control group used routine nursing,observation group used clinical nursing pathway,compared the effect of two groups. Results The hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,SDS score and nursing satisfaction of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the nursing satisfaction.
