小儿过敏性紫癜的综合护理的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Care on Pediatric Allergic Purpura

目的探讨小儿过敏性紫癜的综合护理的临床效果。方法随机选择66例过敏性紫癜的患儿为观察对象。采取随机分组的形式,采取不同的护理方法。结果经统计学分析观察组治疗的总有效率、住院时间及复发率均优于对照组,各组数据相比差异具有统计学的意义。结论对过敏性紫癜患儿采取综合护理措施,可以提高临床治疗效果,减少住院时间,降低复发率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive care for children with allergic purpura. Methods A total of 66 pediatric patients with allergic purpura were randomly selected as objects. Random grouping method was adopted,and different ways of nursing were applied for the two groups respectively. Results According to statistical analysis,the total effective rate,hospitalization time period and relapse rate of the observation group were all superior to those of the control group,and the differences of compared data were all statistically significant. Conclusion Comprehensive care measures taken for pediatric patients with allergic purpura can improve clinical treatment outcomes,shorten hospitalization time,and reduce the relapse rate.
