护理干预对老年心肌梗死患者恢复期负性情绪及生活质量影响分析

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life of Elderly Patients With Myocardial Infarction in Recovery Period

目的分析护理干预对老年急性心肌梗死患者恢复期负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院2013年9月~2015年8月收治的老年急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者168例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组84例。对照组实施常规出院指导,观察组加用护理干预措施,比较两组出院后3个月的负性情绪以及生活质量。结果干预3个月后,观察组PL、AS、AF、TS、DP、SAS以及SDS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预应用于老年AMI恢复期患者,可以有效改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 168 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,84 cases in each group,cases in each group. Control group was given routine discharge guidance,observation group plus nursing intervention measures,compared the 3 groups after two months of negative mood and quality of life. Results After 3 months of intervention,the observation group PL,AS,AF,TS,DP,SAS and SDS scores were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients＇ negative emotions and improve the quality of life in the elderly patients with AMI recovery period.
