Postoperative Nursing Study on Patients of Spleen Trauma Operated With Spleen-preserving Surgery

目的探究脾外伤保脾手术患者术后应采取怎样的护理措施和效果。方法选取2014年8月~2015年10月收治的62例脾外伤保脾手术患者进行护理研究,随机分组,实验组36例患者接受术后综合护理,对照组26例患者采取常规的护理措施,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果对照组患者护理的总有效率为80.77%,实验组患者护理的总有效率为94.44%,在两组患者的比较中,实验组患者的护理效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脾外伤保脾手术患者术后接受综合护理,能够对身体和心理进行全面的干预,减轻心理负担,避免出现并发症,改善身体症状,有助于身体恢复。

Objective Nursing method and its effect on patients of spleen trauma operated with spleen-preserving surgery are to be analyzed. Methods Chose 62 patients of spleen trauma who were operated with spleen-preserving surgery in hospital from August 2014 to October 2015 and separated them into groups at random,36 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing,while,26 patients in control group were given conventional nursing,and then observed and compared nursing effects between two groups. Results The patients＇ nursing effect in control group was 80.77%,while,the nursing effect in study group was 94.44%,the nursing effect in study group was higher and more favorable than that in control group,there was a difference between groups and such a differential had statistic vale（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is effective on patients of spleen trauma operated with spleen-preserving surgery,it is conducive to alleviating patients＇ psychological stress,preventing from complication,improving patients＇ health and promoting patients＇ recovery.
