摘要
目的分析PICC导管常见并发症发生原因,提出有效的预防护理措施。方法回顾性分析312例PICC导管患者临床资料,总结常见并发症及相应护理措施。结果静脉炎、导管感染、导管堵塞和穿刺点渗血是PICC导管常见并发症。结论选择合适血管及导管,提高穿刺成功率,科学维护是降低并发症的有效措施。
Objective Analysis of the causes of common complications of PICC catheter,propose effective preventive measures.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 312 cases of patients with PICC catheter,summarized the common complications and corresponding nursing measures. Results Phlebitis,catheter infection,catheter blockage and puncture site bleeding was a common complication of PICC catheter. Conclusion Select the appropriate blood vessels and ducts,improve the success rate of puncture,scientific maintenance is the effective measures to reduce complications.
