In accordance with the problems of the tendency of identical structure of industry,the weak basis of the first industry,the ratio imbalance of the second industry,and the slow development of the third industry,realistic industrial policies should be made to speed up the development of featured regional industry.The industrial policies ought to be brought into law making procedures in order to quicken the escalation of industrial structure.
