硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗心力衰竭86例临床效果分析

目的探究硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取86例心力衰竭患者作为研究组,同期选取86例患者作为对照组,对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用硝普钠和多巴胺治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果研究组的临床治疗有效率(95.3%)显著高于对照组(76.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规治疗相比,硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗心力衰竭临床效果显著,值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treatment of heart failure. Methods 86 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into study group and control group, 43 cases in each group, the control group received conventional treatment, the study group was treated with sodium nitroprusside, dopamine treatment on the basis of the control group. Results The clinical therapeutic efficiency of the study group （95.3%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （76.7%）, and it was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional treatment, the clinical effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treatment of heart failure is significant, it is worthy of further promotion.
