摘要
以多孔介质模型为基础,通过软件Fluent实现7种不同自由高度的刷式汽封泄漏流动特性的数值模拟,对原始数据进行整理分析,结果表明:压降主要发生在与背板保护高度等高的刷丝束区域内;自由高度对刷丝束区域转子表面压力分布基本无影响;密封特性与自由高度成反比例关系;刷丝迟滞性与自由高度成正比例关系,自由高度越小,背板处压力值越小,工质流速越小,沿径向高速辐射范围越小,刷丝迟滞性越小。
Based on the porous media model, numerical simulation has been performed to study the leakage flow characteristics of brush seal at seven different free heights using computational fluid dynamics software Fluent, the original data are obtained and analyzed, results indicate that pressure drop mainly occurs in the brush tow which is as same as the backplane protection height; free height almost has no effect on the rotor surface pressure in the brush tow; sealing property is inversely proportional to free height; brush wire hysteresis is proportional to free height, with free height decreasing, backplane pressure decreases, fluid flow rate decreases, radial high flow rate radiation zone narrows, hysteresis effect weakens.
