摘要 抽取热风加热净烟气可以有效地防止湿法脱硫火电机组石膏雨的发生,但热风焓值损失会造成经济性下降。为计算热风焓损失,定义了抽热风系数并通过空预器热平衡方法进行计算。运用试验研究方法分析了3个负荷下净烟气温度对锅炉效率和供电煤耗的影响,结果表明:抽热风提高净烟气温度对锅炉效率影响显著,且在800 MW负荷时影响最大,净烟气提高19.6℃,锅炉效率下降0.47%,供电煤耗平均升高1.63 g/k Wh,采用该技术与采用GGH技术相比年费用增加近200万元。 It's effectively to prevent gypsum rain by hot air heating wet flue gas desulfurization, but hot air enthalpy loss will cause economic decline. To calculate the hot air enthalpy loss, pumping hot air coefficient is defined and calculated by the air pre-heater heat balance method. The influence of cleaning flue gas temperature at the desulfurization tower outlet to boiler efficiency and net coal consumption rate is analyzed by test method at three test load conditions. The results show that the influence of cleaning flue gas temperature at the desulfurization tower outlet to boiler efficiency is significantly, especially at 800MW load, the cleaning flue gas temperature increasing about 19.6℃, boiler efficiency dropping about 0.47% and net coal consumption rate increasing approximately 1.63g/kWh. Comparing the technology with GGH technology, the production cost increases about 2 million yuan RMB.
