摘要
以某近海厂址为例,综合机组投资、运行费用、发电收益等因素对汽轮机背压、末级叶片及低压缸数量的选择等进行了研究,得到以下结论,在相同的循环水参数和总凝汽器换热面积条件下,多压凝汽器平均压力低于单压凝汽器压力;计算得到了低压缸总排汽面积,获得三缸四排汽(长叶片)和四缸六排汽(短叶片)两种候选机型;采用动态经济比较法进行了初步分析,三缸四排汽双背压(长叶片)方案优于四缸六排汽三背压(短叶片)方案。
According to an offshore plant location parameters, the analysis of the selection of back pressure of turbine, last stage blade and number of LP cylinder is carried on. Some factors are considered that unit investment, operating costs, generation revenue, etc. The following conclusions are obtained. Under the condition of the same cooling water parameters and condenser exchange area, the mean pressure of multi-pressure condenser is lower than the single type. The total of exhaust area is calculated, and double candidates of three-cylinder four-flow exhaust type and four-cylinder six-flow exhaust type are obtained. According the analysis of dynamic economic comparison, the long last stage blade type of three-cylinder four-flow exhaust with double-back pressure is better than the short last stage blade type of four-cylinder six-flow exhaust with three-back pressure.
