From the aspects of rational reference and multiculture integrating, and adhering to socialist core value system making correctly orientation to undergraduates＇ cultural self-confidence education, this paper elaborated ways to enhance undergraduates＇ cultural self-confidence, so that to make students become strong impetus to Chinese culture and world culture. Continuing to strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of ideal and faith education, so that the socialist concept of honor and disgrace can run through the scientific cultural education in colleges so as to rich educational content.
