农村三资管理的现状及问题

Status and issues of rural-funded management

随着我国农村经济的快速发展,农村三资管理的问题一直是农民极其关注的问题。农村三资规范管理有利于我国农村经济持续健康发展和农村社会和谐稳定。目前,农村三资管理中仍然存在着管理不规范、财会队伍不稳定、制度不健全和监管不落实等问题。通过探析农村三资管理不到位的原因,有针对性地提出了解决对策。

With the rapid development of China＇s rural economy, the rural-funded management issue has attached great concern to farmers. Rural-funded standardized management is beneficial to sustainable and healthy development of China＇s rural economy and rural social harmony and stability. Currently, rural-funded management still has issues of lack of standardization, accounting team instability, imperfect regulatory system and supervision is not implemented. By analyzing the reason why rural-funded management is not in place, this paper put forward countermeasures to the issues.
