摘要 介绍了超高层建筑智能化系统的现状及存在的问题,从基于大数据平台下的建筑信息模型(BIM)技术运营维护管理系统、物联网技术、智能电网技术、高宽带网络技术、防恐防灾系统等方面,研究了超高层建筑智能化系统技术。提出超高层智能建筑应以绿色智能建筑为发展方向,智能化系统是超高层建筑智能化水平的集中体现,完善的智能化系统可保障超高层建筑内各类机电设备的正常、可靠运行。 This paper introduced the current situation and existing problems of intelligent system in super high-rise building. The technologies of intelligent system were researched in super high-rise building,including by operation and maintenance management system based on building information modeling( BIM) technology in big data platform,Internet of Things,smart grid,high broadband network,disaster and prevention system. It is pointed out that the development direction of super high-rise intelligent building is a green and intelligent building. The intelligent system embodys the intelligent level of super high-rise building. The perfect intelligent system ensures the normal and reliable operations of all mechanical and electrical equipments in super high-rise building.
