德国与伪满洲国在１９３６年缔结的《德“满”贸易协定》是德国对远东政策 、特别是对伪满政策的一块界碑，它意味着德国已放弃不承认原则，在事实上承认了伪满洲国。在该协定的缔结过程中，德国外交部始终起着十分重要的作用。

The Trade Agreement between Germany and“Manzhou”signed by Germany and the Manzhou Puppet Regime in1936was a boundary marker of the policies of Ge rmany towards the Far-east，and esp.towards the Manzhou Puppet Regime.It meant t hat Germany had given up the principle of non-recognition，and actually admitte d the Manzhou Puppet Regime.In the process of concluding this agree-ment，the G erman Foreign Ministry played a significant role from beginning to end.
